HEAD HOUSEKEEPER/ HOUSEKEEPERS

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Housekeeper to lead and manage our housekeeping team with enthusiasm and precision. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, standards, and protocols to ensure consistent quality across all areas
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote professional growth and high performance
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to uphold cleanliness standards
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement needs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to janitorial and industrial cleaning practices
• Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff, resolving conflicts, and encouraging open communication

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial leadership roles with a strong background in cleaning and floor care
• Extensive knowledge of hospitality standards, janitorial techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and custodial best practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop schedules, manage inventories, and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills to train staff clearly and interact professionally with guests and management
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience with hotel or hospitality industry operations is highly preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
