Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to maintain a spotless environment.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly.
• Prepare and serve light meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills when required.
• Manage residential or hotel cleaning schedules efficiently while prioritizing high-traffic areas for optimal cleanliness.
• Use proper custodial techniques for carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance to extend the longevity of furnishings.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally.
• Follow safety protocols related to janitorial supplies, sanitation procedures, and equipment operation to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience is highly preferred, especially within residential or hospitality settings.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping management or commercial cleaning is advantageous.
• Familiarity with carpet cleaning machines, floor care equipment, and sanitation products is desirable.
• Strong background in laundry operations and general cleaning techniques is essential.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in housecleaning roles that require multitasking and maintaining high standards of hygiene will set candidates apart. Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
