What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Maintenance position at Best Western Batesville IN?
Duties:
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
- Repairing and maintaining equipment, machinery, and systems
- Conducting routine inspections to identify potential issues
- Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance problems
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Performing preventative maintenance tasks
- Assisting with the installation of new equipment or systems- Maintain a high level of customer service:
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand their maintenance needs
- Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure that all maintenance work is completed to the satisfaction of the customer
Experience:
Experience in general maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to take care of indoor pool maintenance and chemicals
_ Hours are primarily Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm. Some Saturday hours are required. Must be able to be on call

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
