Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces spotless.
- Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally.
- Handle janitorial responsibilities such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and ensuring all areas are well-maintained.
- Assist with special cleaning projects like upholstery cleaning or deep sanitation to uphold hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing.
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices and safety procedures in cleaning environments.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment.
- Experience with laundry processes and custodial duties is preferred.
