Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast to our guests, ensuring a high standard of food safety, cleanliness, and customer service. This role requires punctuality, reliability, and a professional attitude to create a welcoming breakfast experience for our hotel guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the hotel's breakfast each morning, including hot and cold items according to hotel standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to prepare breakfast items.
- Maintain proper food safety and sanitation practices throughout all food handling and preparation processes.
- Monitor food levels during service hours and replenish items as needed to ensure a fully stocked breakfast area.
- Keep the breakfast area, kitchen, and equipment clean, organized, and sanitized before, during, and after service.
- Assist with cleaning duties and closing procedures in the breakfast area after service hours.
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service to hotel guests in person.
- Ensure timely arrival for shifts and maintain reliable attendance to support smooth breakfast operations.
