Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Agent located in Ripley, TN. The Purchasing Agent will be responsible for creating and managing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, and handling procurement processes. Additionally, the agent will ensure timely delivery of products and services, manage vendor relationships, and maintain accurate procurement records.
Qualifications
- Experience in creating and managing Purchase Orders
- Skills in Contract Negotiation
- Proficiency in Purchasing and Procurement processes
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Experience in the petroleum industry is a plus
