This is a full-time on-site role located in Memphis, TN for an Industrial Sales Representative. The Industrial Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales, building strong relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service. The representative will also be responsible for training clients on the use of our products and services, maintaining customer records, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research to identify potential clients and staying updated with industry trends.
- Sales skills and experience in generating sales and achieving targets
- Customer Service and Communication skills necessary to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Interpersonal Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Experience in training clients on product usage
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of the petroleum industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
