Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules, dispatching personnel, monitoring service requests, and ensuring efficient communication between customers and team members. This position requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Key Tasks

• Learn the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls.
• Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
• Manage the dispatch phone by debriefing with technicians after calls.
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
• Update customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress.
• Be proficient using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Must be hungry, humble, smart, and coachable.
• Must be detail-oriented.
