We are seeking a Marketing Media Account Executive for a full-time hybrid role based in Crystal Lake, IL, with flexible work-from-home opportunities. The Account Executive will manage client relationships, oversee marketing strategies, and ensure the successful execution of print and digital campaigns. Responsibilities include sourcing new clients, maintaining and growing existing accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and providing excellent client service while meeting sales targets. This role combines strategic marketing expertise with relationship management to deliver impactful media solutions to clients.

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and engaging with internal teams
• Experience in Account Management and Sales to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth
• Knowledge of Digital Media and Social Media campaign planning and performance metrics
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency with relevant marketing analytics tools is a plus
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, balancing onsite and remote responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
