What You’ll Do
Drive Sales Growth
• Lead both inside and outside sales efforts to exceed revenue goals.
• Own and grow a portfolio of targeted accounts.
• Prospect, network, and close new business opportunities.
• Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience
• Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business.
• Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries.
• Book reservations, secure payments, and ensure every detail is perfect.
Collaborate for Success
• Work closely with the sales team to share leads and strategies.
• Collaborate with Operations and Dispatch to ensure seamless service.
• Provide feedback on market trends and competitive activity.
Stay Organized & Accountable
• Track all sales activities in the CRM.
• Maintain accurate client records and detailed notes.
• Prepare reports on sales performance and progress toward goals.
What We’re Looking For
• 2–3 years of sales experience (hospitality, hotels, event planning, or other service industries preferred).
• Proven results in both inside and outside sales.
• Strong closer with outstanding communication and relationship skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
• Comfortable in a hybrid work environment (on-site as needed).
