Rental Event Driver & Installer

We’re Hiring: Event Rental Installer

Do you enjoy hands-on work, fast-paced environments, and seeing the results of your work come together?

CMG Ventures is looking for a dependable, motivated Event Rental Installer to join our team. In this role, you will help transform empty spaces into event-ready locations by delivering, setting up, and removing tents, tables, chairs, and other rental equipment.

This is not a desk job. It is active, physical, team-driven work for someone ready to move, solve problems, and help create successful events. Every successful event starts with a strong installation crew. If you are reliable, physically capable, and ready to work, we want to hear from you!!!

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload tents, tables, chairs, and other event rental equipment

• Deliver equipment to event locations safely and on time

• Set up and dismantle event equipment efficiently and carefully

• Verify rental orders and truck inventory before leaving the warehouse

• Keep equipment clean, organized, and in excellent condition

• Maintain safe, clean, and professional job sites

• Complete required delivery, pickup, and inventory paperwork

• Support the warehouse and installation team wherever needed

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license required

• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 50–75 pounds

• Willingness to work outdoors in heat, rain, cold, and changing weather conditions

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• Team-first attitude and professional customer service skills

• Ability to stay productive without constant supervision

• Basic math and counting skills for inventory verification

• Box truck driving experience preferred

• One to two years of delivery, warehouse, installation, construction, moving, landscaping, roofing, or similar hands-on experience preferred
