As the Practice Manager, you’ll lead one of our medical aesthetics locations and play a pivotal role in shaping the patient and employee experience. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, team performance, and key business outcomes while fostering a culture that is patient-obsessed, team-driven, and committed to doing what’s expected—and more.
This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, leads with empathy and accountability, and is motivated by growing people and performance. You will partner closely with Providers, Medical Directors, and operational leadership to ensure exceptional care, high team engagement, and strong financial results.

What You’ll Own
- Lead and develop the on-site team (administrative, clinical, and support staff) through coaching, feedback, and proactive leadership
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow, clinic efficiency, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards
- Drive patient experience excellence—from first touch to follow-up—ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and referral rates
- Achieve practice-level performance goals including scheduling optimization, revenue targets, and profitability metrics
- Resolve escalated patient or employee concerns with professionalism, discretion, and alignment to Core Values
- Support provider success through schedule management, treatment flow optimization, and collaborative partnership
- Recruit, onboard, and develop talent in collaboration with People Operations
- Foster team culture, engagement, and accountability through regular check-ins, team meetings, and performance conversations
- Lead by example in upholding Best Self Aesthetics’ standards, policies, and brand reputation
- Leadership experience in medical aesthetics, healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or high-touch service environment
- Strong coaching and people-development skills—able to lead with both accountability and care
- Experience managing operations, scheduling, or business performance metrics
- Exceptional communication, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
- Comfort working in a fast-growing organization with evolving processes and high standards
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong working relationships across roles and seniority

- Base Salary: $70,000-$95,000 per year
- Annual Bonus Opportunity: $31,000
- Earning Potential: $70,000-$126,000 per year
- In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for a monthly performance-based bonus. Bonuses are tied to key success metrics such as: Practice booking goal achievement, and Patient satisfaction and experience indicators.
- Our bonus plan is designed to reward leaders who drive results while elevating the patient experience and supporting their team. When the site wins, you win.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
