BEST QUALITY HOME IMPROVEMENT is seeking a highly motivated Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will help homeowners with roof inspections, insurance claims, and project coordination from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, meeting new people, and earning uncapped commissions.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through door knocking, referrals, and networking
- Perform roof inspections and identify storm damage (training provided)
- Assist homeowners with insurance claims process
- Present roofing solutions and close sales
- Manage projects from contract to completion
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the job
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred (roofing or construction is a plus)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
