Duties

• Engage with customers via phone, email, or in person to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
• Promote and sell products or services by explaining features, benefits, and options clearly and confidently
• Handle inbound inquiries and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and product troubleshooting to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer records through data entry in our systems using Microsoft Office tools and other software
• Support client services by addressing concerns promptly and following up to ensure resolution
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience

Experience

• Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with sales techniques and client engagement strategies is advantageous
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and data entry tasks
• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse populations
• Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns or customer support interactions effectively
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and typing skills are a plus but not mandatory
• Experience with analysis skills to interpret customer data and improve service delivery is beneficial
