Duties
- Engage with customers via phone, email, or in person to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
- Promote and sell products or services by explaining features, benefits, and options clearly and confidently
- Handle inbound inquiries and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and product troubleshooting to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records through data entry in our systems using Microsoft Office tools and other software
- Support client services by addressing concerns promptly and following up to ensure resolution
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience
Experience
- Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with sales techniques and client engagement strategies is advantageous
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and data entry tasks
