What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive prompt, professional, and knowledgeable support.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers.
- Assist customers with order status, product questions, and troubleshooting.
- Enter and review prescription orders for accuracy.
- Coordinate with production departments to resolve order issues.
- Communicate delivery expectations and provide shipment updates.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward positive resolutions.
- Learn our products, manufacturing processes, and ordering systems.
- Perform other administrative and customer support duties as assigned.
