- Post inventory daily on Facebook Marketplace
- Create engaging Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok content
- Answer Facebook Marketplace and social media inquiries
- Schedule appointments
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives
- Present financing options
- Negotiate professionally
- Ask for reviews and referrals
- Keep CRM notes updated
- Work with management to hit monthly goals
- Stay current on inventory, pricing, financing, and promotions
- Maintain a professional online presence
- Become a recognizable local automotive expert through social media
