We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pool Technician to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Perform routine pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, and cleaning of filters, skimmers, and pool surfaces
- Conduct thorough inspections of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators to identify issues early
- Repair or replace faulty equipment using hand tools and power tools, ensuring minimal downtime for clients
- Clean pools efficiently using specialized equipment and techniques to maintain optimal water clarity and hygiene
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems with pool systems and perform necessary repairs or recommend replacements
- Maintain detailed service records, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance activities to ensure a secure working environment
Requirements
- Proven 2-3 year minimum experience as a pool service technician or similar role with a strong understanding of pool systems and maintenance procedures
- Mechanical knowledge of pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and automation systems
- Ability to repair equipment using hand tools and power tools with precision and safety awareness
- Experience in performing routine pool cleaning, chemical balancing, and water testing techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical issues quickly and accurately
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate service vehicle safely
