The Sewer Project Manager will play a crucial role in assessing sewer repair projects, providing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. The successful candidate will collaborate with Drain Cleaning Technicians, Underground Crew Leads, Field Operations Supervisor, and Underground Manager.Responsibilities:Evaluate and assess sewer and water repair projects, including inspecting and analyzing existing sewer systems, identifying issues, and determining the scope of repairs required.Conduct site visits and inspections to gather necessary information, measurements, and relevant data for accurate cost estimation.Analyze project plans, blueprints, and technical documents to assess the materials, labor, equipment, and resources required for sewer repair projects.Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, including material costs, labor costs, equipment costs, and other project-related expenses.Research and source prices for materials, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure competitive and cost-effective estimates.Utilize appropriate software and tools to generate accurate and professional estimates, including cost breakdowns, timelines, and project schedules.Review and evaluate bid documents and contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications and legal requirements.Requirements:3 years of proven experience as a Sewer Repair Estimator or a similar role in the construction, plumbing, or infrastructure industry.Strong knowledge of sewer systems, repair techniques, and associated materials.Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, project plans, and technical specifications.Excellent mathematical and analytical skills to accurately estimate costs and quantities.Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.If you are a detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering accurate and competitive sewer repair estimates, we encourage you to apply.
