What You’ll Do
As a Shift Lead, you’ll be responsible for helping run smooth, efficient shifts while leading by example on the floor.
- Lead shifts and support daily operations (FOH BOH)
- Deliver great guest experiences and handle any issues that come up
- Coach and support team members during service
- Ensure food quality, accuracy, and speed of service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Help with opening/closing duties and shift transitions
- Communicate clearly with managers and team members

- Previous restaurant experience preferred (leadership experience is a plus)
