• $70/hour for direct therapy services
• $150 per completed evaluation

BEST Pediatric Therapy Center is a growing, therapist-owned pediatric private practice serving families throughout Coral Gables, The Roads, Pinecrest, Coconut Grove, South Miami, and surrounding areas.

We provide high-quality, individualized speech and language therapy in both our beautiful Coral Gables clinic and community-based settings. Our mission is simple: provide exceptional care, support families, and create an environment where therapists genuinely enjoy coming to work.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our team as a Lead Therapist. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys autonomy, values quality over quantity, and wants to play a meaningful role in the growth of a boutique pediatric practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy services
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals
• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Mentor and support team members as the practice grows
• Represent the practice professionally within schools and the community

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Florida Speech-Language Pathology License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working with pediatric populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation for mobile sessions

Preferred Experience

• Early intervention
• Preschool and school-age populations
• Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Language disorders
• Articulation and phonological disorders
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred but not required)
