BEST Pediatric Therapy Center is a growing, therapist-owned pediatric private practice serving families throughout Coral Gables, The Roads, Pinecrest, Coconut Grove, South Miami, and surrounding areas.
We provide high-quality, individualized speech and language therapy in both our beautiful Coral Gables clinic and community-based settings. Our mission is simple: provide exceptional care, support families, and create an environment where therapists genuinely enjoy coming to work.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our team as a Lead Therapist. Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy services
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Mentor and support team members as the practice grows
- Represent the practice professionally within schools and the community
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Florida Speech-Language Pathology License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with pediatric populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation for mobile sessions
Preferred Experience
- Early intervention
- Preschool and school-age populations
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Language disorders
- Articulation and phonological disorders
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred but not required)
