We are looking for a reliable candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an eagerness to learn and offer outstanding customer service, experience is great however we offer on the job training so you'll have the ability to appraise items and negotiate deals. The successful candidate will also be comfortable working with customers, providing advice and assistance on their transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
- Provide customer service to clients.
- Verify the authenticity of items being pawned.
- Evaluate the condition of items being pawned.
- Determine the value of items being pawned.
- Negotiate loan terms with customers.
- Provide loan and merchandise options to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Prepare purchased items for sale which involves cleaning all merchandise
- Ensuring store cleanliness
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
