No dental or orthodontic experience? No problem! We’re happy to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong people skills, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Greet patients and families with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and questions
- Check patients in and out for their appointments
- Coordinate the schedule and help keep the day running smoothly
- Assist with basic administrative and office tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to every patient who walks through our doors

The position is currently for 3-4 days/week (to be discussed), and you will be eligible for 401k and bonuses!
