OTR Technician
who is dependable, hardworking. This position is ideal for someone with experience servicing heavy equipment tires who enjoys hands-on work and providing quality service to customers. ~ Remove, install, and perform repairs on a wide variety of off-the-road equipment tires, encompassing sizes from small lawn equipment to oversized rock quarry trucks.
Safely separate and reassemble tires onto wheels, using specialized equipment.
Provide fleet inspections at customer locations to make tire recommendations to keep their equipment running in optimal condition.
Perform Emergency On-Site Service to repair/replace OTR tires.
Prepare paperwork on-site detailing what services were performed.
Effectively communicate fleet needs with Service Managers and Sales.
Operate heavy-duty service trucks and hydraulic manipulator hands.
Must have OTR, Industrial or Farm Tire experience
The ability to work in a fast-paced customer service-oriented environment.
Must pass DOT medical certificate if applicable.
