- Answer phones and greet and assist customers in a respectful and timely manner.
- Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary
- Overseeing and managing the shop’s scheduling and workflow
- Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up
- Monitor technician’s workflow and proper maintaining of tools and equipment
- Ensure all paperwork is properly filled out, updated, completed, and closed according to Best-One and customer standards
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in the retail tire environment.
- Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
- Must have a valid driver’s license; driving record must meet company’s insurance requirements.
- Commitment to service beyond the expectations of our customers.
