We’re looking for a motivated, people oriented Sales Representative who loves building relationships and thrives in a competitive yet rewarding environment. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our stunning flowers and the customers who bring them to life in events, shops, and designs.
What You’ll Do
- Grow and manage your own portfolio of clients (florists, wholesalers, event planners, and more).
- Actively prospect new customers across the U.S., Canada, and The Caribbean.
- Provide tailored product recommendations that highlight our top flowers. Roses, Hydrangeas, Sunflowers, Tulips, and more.
- Collaborate with our logistics and warehouse team to ensure smooth, on time deliveries.
- Deliver exceptional service that goes above and beyond customer expectations.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience (flowers, perishables, or fast moving products a plus, but not required).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build long term relationships.
- A self starter who is motivated by goals and thrives in a fast paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
- Passion for flowers, agriculture, or just making people’s day brighter!
