The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Experience in troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on Class 8 Road Tractors/Trailers
- Experience with tire changes, oils/fluid checks, and 5th wheel maintenance
- Experience with service and parts documentation/Repair Orders (RO)
- Knowledge of FMCSA and/or DOT maintenance guidelines and regulations
- Ability to communicate issues to the Shop Foreman
- Basic computer skills
- The ability to work independently of others
- General knowledge of preventative maintenance for Class 8 Tractor Trailers
- Prior trucking experience a plus
- CDL is a plus
- Pay is based upon experience

- Must adhere to assigned training and work schedule
- Must communicate all scheduling conflicts with the Shop Foreman
- Must have basic computer skills
