SEIBCC is looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented, self-motivated Registered Nurse, BSN!
BEST, LLC (Behavioral Enhancement Services and Treatment) is committed to building and maintaining a high quality team of employees. Together we will provide exceptional service to the behavioral health community of Region 6 in Pocatello, Idaho.
Responsibilities include:
-Responsible for the overall medical well-being of each patient; working with the interdisciplinary team to achieve stabilization.
-Initial assessments to evaluate and determine medical stability and appropriateness.
-Ongoing monitoring, intervening, planning, education, and evaluating during the patients stay at the center
-Medication Management
-Collaborate with community partners for the best interest of each client
-Serve as an advocate for clients
Requirements:
-RN, BSN
-Minimum 1 year experience preferred
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task
-Mentorship and leadership skills
-Ability to analyze and problem solve
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
