Field Service Technician - Specialty Coffee Industry

BEST LLC is seeking several Field Service Technicians in Green Bay, WI to support key accounts within the specialty coffee industry. As a locally owned independent coffee equipment sales and service provider, we work with leading customers in retail, food service, and manufacturing. Our team values technical expertise and problem-solving beyond simple parts replacement. The ideal candidate will combine mechanical aptitude with excellent customer service skills and maintain a professional appearance to represent our corporate clientele.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs on coffee brewers, espresso machines, coffee grinders, bean-to-cup machines, and water filtration systems
• Write detailed service reports outlining work performed
• Maintain service truck inventory and reorder parts as needed
• Conduct daily inspections and upkeep of company service vehicle, including safety, maintenance, cleanliness, and mileage tracking
• Keep company tools organized and in safe working condition
• Maintain a daily activity logbook documenting customer communications
• Work independently while providing job progress updates to management
• Be available for occasional evening and weekend on-call emergency service
• Travel frequently to service customer locations across northeast Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid clean driving record
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and demonstrate positive work habits

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of field service experience
