Responsibilities
- Perform inventory adjustments.
- Fix purchase orders and watch the daily invoices for discrepancies.
- Approve employee timecards and time off requests for payroll.
- Submit warranty claims for all warranty work.
- Work directly with the public, including serving customers in the store or by telephone.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining records, reports, and files and processing the paperwork to service managers and the accounting department.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Three years' experience with hydraulic and electrical systems on construction and industrial equipment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid Driver's License
