What You'll Be Doing
- Developing growth strategies by identifying new business opportunities and building market strategies.
- Building and managing key relationships with current clients while developing new partnerships.
- Leading sales efforts by presenting our high-quality LED solutions to decision-makers.
- Managing the sales pipeline by tracking leads, organizing proposals, and staying ahead of the game using Monday.com CRM.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to streamline business expansion.
- Delivering results by meeting or exceeding sales goals while keeping clients engaged.
- A track record of leadership with experience managing sales or business development.
- A goal-driven mindset with the ability to set and achieve high targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
- Experience with CRM tools and navigating a sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Base Salary: $40,000 per year plus commission for a total of $100k /year possible.
- Fully remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere. Weekly travel will be necessary
