Best-In-Class Pet Sitting is expanding our premier in-home pet care team across Easton and Mansfield, MA, and we are looking for dedicated, trustworthy, and compassionate individuals to join us as Professional Pet Sitters!
Our mission is simple: provide elite, personalized in-home pet care, from energetic dog walks and backyard play sessions to cozy cat visits—so pets stay happy, secure, and relaxed in their own environment while giving owners absolute peace of mind. If you take pride in exceptional service, attention to detail, and animal safety, we’d love to welcome you to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- In-Home Pet Care & Exercise: Walk, play, feed, and care for dogs, cats, and small animals following each client's customized routine.
- Client Communication: Send warm, detailed visit logs and adorable photo updates to pet parents after every single visit.
- Safety & Security: Safely manage home access, ensuring doors, gates, and home security protocols are strictly followed.
- Reliability: Maintain punctual, consistent scheduling and respect established pet care protocols.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
- Animal Lover: Genuine experience, respect, and patience for pets of all breeds and temperaments.
- Reliable Transportation: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, active auto insurance, and willingness to travel between client homes in Easton and Mansfield.
- Tech-Savvy: Smartphone with active data and camera capabilities for real-time client updates and scheduling.
- Clear Communicator: Strong written communication skills to deliver friendly, professional client reports.
- Trustworthy: Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check (fully reimbursed upon hire).
- Commitment: Ability to commit to a minimum of six (6) months with our growing team.
Work Environment
- Location: On-the-road / In-home pet care traveling across Easton and Mansfield, MA.
