Full Job Description

Do you have a deep passion for animals and love treating every pet like family? Best-In-Class Pet Sitting is expanding, and we are looking for dedicated, trustworthy, and compassionate Pet Care Specialists to join our local team!

We provide premier in-home pet care across Easton and Mansfield, MA. From energetic yard play and neighborhood dog walks to cozy cat visits and caring for feathered or aquatic pets, our mission is to ensure every pet stays happy, healthy, and safe in their own home while giving pet parents full peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities

• In-Home Pet Care & Exercise: Walk, play with, feed, and care for dogs, cats, and small animals following personalized client instructions.
• Client Communication: Send friendly, detailed visit logs and adorable photo updates to owners after every visit using our pet care mobile app.
• Home Access & Security: Securely enter client homes via keys or entry codes, making sure doors, gates, and property are always properly locked and safe.
• Punctuality & Consistency: Maintain scheduled visit times and consistently follow established pet routines.

Requirements

• Passionate About Animals: Genuine love, respect, and patience for pets of all sizes, breeds, and personalities.
• Reliable Vehicle: Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and daily access to a personal, reliable car to travel between client homes.
• Smartphone & Tech Savvy: Smartphone with active cellular data and a working camera to send visit reports.
• Strong Communication: Excellent written communication skills for clear, friendly updates with owners.
• Background Check: Willingness to complete a standard background check (cost fully reimbursed upon hire).
• Reliable Commitment: Ability to commit to a minimum of six (6) months with our team.

Work Location & Environment

• Work Location: In person / On the road (traveling directly between client homes in Easton and Mansfield, MA).
