At Best Home Offer, we help homeowners sell their homes quickly while giving ambitious salespeople the chance to build an income that's based on results—not a paycheck.
This is a 100% commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. Done right, you can expect to make expect to make between $80-100k your first year.
You'll start by working our proven MLS system, giving you an unlimited number of opportunities to find and negotiate deals. As you prove you can close consistently, you'll unlock company-generated leads and bigger opportunities. Your commissions on closed deals grows as you get more deals to so you can compound your earning potential.
No real estate license is required.
No wholesale real estate experience is required.
What matters is whether you're hungry, coachable, competitive, and willing to outwork the average person.
If that's you, we'll teach you everything else.
What You'll Do
- Talk with homeowners and real estate agents every day.
- Build trust and uncover what's important to the seller.
- Negotiate great deals that help everyone win.
- Get purchase agreements signed.
- Stay organized and follow up until the deal is done.
- Learn, improve, and get a little better every single day.
Who We're Looking For
