With a passionate team of 3 veterinarians, 2 licensed veterinary technicians (LVTs), and more than 20 support staff, we deliver exceptional medical and surgical care to our patients.
Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic, people-first experienced Practice Manager to oversee hospital operations, finances, staffing, and support our path to AAHA re-accreditation. The right candidate will bring leadership experience, a strong business acumen, and a collaborative spirit to our dynamic veterinary team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and monthly reporting
- Manage staffing and scheduling processes.
- Collaborate with the medical team on strategic growth
- Monitor client satisfaction and maintain high service standards
- Spearhead AAHA re-accreditation efforts
Qualifications
- MBA or BA with equivalent experience in veterinary/healthcare management
- 5 years in a leadership or operational role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior veterinary or medical management experience highly valued
- Passion for pets and the people who care for them
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $80,000–$120,000 annually, depending on experience
