About the Role:
The agency manager will oversee the daily office operations, ensure smooth coordination between clients, caregivers and state agencies’ staff. Assist staff with the delivery of high quality, compassionate care to older adults.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, service-oriented environment. Must have experience with providing services under state contracts with IDOA/CCP program, Veterans Affairs and IDPH state licensure for private pay services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Direct and coordinate all activities of daily operations and provide administrative support for staff members.
· Coordinate services, documentation and compliance with state contract services. Review contract regulations, conduct quality audits and prepare office for on site state audits.
· Ensure completion of billing and oversee receivables for payment for all state contracts and private pay clients.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at a time. Flexibility to change direction quickly and as needed.
Salary : $41,600 - $52,000
