Best Driver Solutions is hiring experienced CDL drivers for two Temp-to-Hire positions in Nashville, TN. We are looking for 1 Class A CDL Driver and 1 Class B CDL Driver to deliver windows and doors to retail locations.
Pay
- Class A CDL: $26-$27/hour
- Class B CDL: $23–$24/hour, depending on experience
- Temp-to-Hire
Driver Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience
- Touch freight experience is required
- Class A driver must be able to operate a manual transmission
- Class B driver can have an automatic restriction
- Must be able to safely and comfortably handle up to 75 lbs
- Must have a clean, acceptable driving history
- No Clearinghouse violations
- No background issues
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver windows and doors to retail locations throughout the assigned service area
- Safely load, secure, and transport products
- Tailgate freight to the back of the trailer at delivery locations
- The client will unload the product from the trailer once it has been tailgated
- Follow all company and customer safety procedures
- Provide professional customer service at each delivery location
This is a hands-on delivery position, so drivers must be comfortable working with freight and performing physical work throughout the day. The right candidate will have solid CDL experience, a good work history, and be dependable and safety-conscious.
Both positions are Temp-to-Hire with the opportunity to become permanent.
