Best Driver Solutions is seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager / Business Development Manager to establish, develop, and lead our Dallas-Fort Worth market. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in the growth of a rapidly expanding transportation staffing company.
The Branch Manager / Business Development Manager will be responsible for building new client relationships, growing revenue, overseeing recruiting and branch operations, and delivering exceptional service to both customers and CDL drivers. This role offers the opportunity to build a territory, develop a high-performing team, and directly impact the company's long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
- Build and grow the Dallas-Fort Worth market through strategic sales and networking efforts
- Drive branch revenue growth while achieving sales and operational goals
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, recruiting, and staffing activities
- Manage CDL driver recruiting, onboarding, and placement processes
- Lead, coach, and motivate recruiters and branch staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, DOT regulations, and employment laws
- Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies for continued growth
- Resolve customer and employee concerns while maintaining exceptional service levels
- Participate in after-hours support as needed to support customers and drivers
Qualifications
- 2 years of staffing, transportation, logistics, sales, or branch management experience preferred
- Proven success in business development, sales, and client relationship management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in transportation staffing or CDL driver recruiting highly preferred
- Knowledge of DOT compliance and transportation regulations is a plus
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
