Responsibilities

- Direct and manage vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow around event venues.

- Monitor traffic patterns and adjust control measures to accommodate changing conditions.
- Assist in the safe entry and exit of event attendees and staff from parking areas.
- Respond promptly and effectively to traffic-related incidents or emergencies, following established procedures.
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service by assisting attendees with inquiries and directions.
