The Field Manager of Human Capital is responsible for leading all aspects of talent acquisition, workforce planning, and human resources operations for an assigned region or market. - Oversees regional staffing strategy to ensure all events and operational needs are fully staffed.
- Leads recruitment efforts by using our programmics and recruiting partners.
- Develops and implements recruitment programs, outreach strategies, and collateral.
- Partners with leadership to assess staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Coordinates recruitment advertising and marketing initiatives.
- Tracks recruitment metrics and outcomes.
- Manages administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Advises management on employee relations issues and investigations.
- Delivers training for managers in HR best practices.
- Responds to HR inquiries from employees and management.
- Investigate workplace incidents and prepares reports.
- Prepares separation documentation and conducts exit interviews.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition and/or human resources.
- Experience in event staffing, security, sports management, athletics, or staffing preferred.
- Strong strategic, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Background check required.
- HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR).
