What You’ll Do
- Support daily event and facility operations, including setup and site preparation
- Monitor entrances and conduct security screenings and access control
- Maintain a visible and professional presence throughout the facility
- Assist guests, staff, and visitors with directions and event information
- Help manage crowds and maintain organized entry and exit flow
- Respond quickly and professionally to incidents or emergencies
- Enforce safety procedures, venue policies, and event regulations
- Work closely with event staff, security teams, and leadership to maintain a secure environment
- Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally while delivering excellent customer service
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in security, customer service, military, or law enforcement is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and alert in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods
- Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Security license preferred or willingness to obtain one if required
