SALARY: Total On Target Compensation: $30,000 - $60,000
$25,000 - $30,000 base pay
$10,000 - $30,000 OTE - uncapped commissions earning potential

JOB SUMMARY
As a Best Craft Distribution Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell a variety of beer products to retailers and establishments within the assigned territory: Western Slope, Colorado. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, generate new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for the beer industry, and the ability to work independently while meeting sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively seek out and identify new business opportunities by prospecting potential retailers, bars, restaurants, and other establishments.
  • Present and promote beer products to existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, and product presentations to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Account Management:
  • Monitor and manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and increase sales volume.
  • Provide product education and training to clients and their staff members.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and logistics, to coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth operations.
  • Product Expert:
  • Stay informed about product pricing, discounts, and promotions and communicate them to customers

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the beverage or alcohol industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the beer industry, including different beer styles, brewing processes, and industry regulations (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
