Responsibilities
. Coordinating the completion of assessments.
. Participating in the individual plan process, development, team reviews and implementation in accordance with ODP Chapter 2380
. Providing and supervising activities for the individuals in accordance with the Individual Development Plans (IDP).
. Supporting the integration of individuals in the community.
. Supporting individual communication and involvement with families and friends.

- Develop, implement, and oversee programs tailored to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Manage day-to-day program operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community partners, and service providers to promote collaboration and support.
- Supervise staff and volunteers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a motivated team environment.
- Monitor program budgets, track expenditures, and prepare reports to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
- Conduct assessments of participant needs and develop individualized plans that promote independence and social integration.
- Maintain detailed documentation of services provided, progress notes, incident reports, and compliance records to ensure transparency and accountability.
Experience
- Proven management experience in a social service or behavioral health setting.
- Demonstrated success in program development and implementation for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Supervisory experience leading teams or overseeing staff performance.
- Strong background in relationship management with clients, families, community organizations, and government agencies.
- Administrative experience including budgeting, record-keeping, and report writing.
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices related to behavioral health interventions.
