What You’ll Be Doing
This is not an installation position. You will not be installing roofs. Our production department and install crews handle that.
As a Roof Inspector / Roofing Sales Trainee, you will be trained to:
- Inspect residential roofs
- Meet with homeowners and explain the roof inspection process
- Document roof conditions with photos and notes
- Help homeowners understand their options
- Generate leads through door knocking, referrals, and follow-up
- Sign roofing projects and work with our team through the sales process
This is a field-based role for someone who is comfortable talking to people, working outdoors, and learning a trade-related sales career.

No roofing experience is required. We are looking for the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
