Responsibilities
Assist buyers throughout the entire home buying journey, ensuring all contracts are accurately completed and providing expert guidance on property choices- Represent both buyers and sellers in negotiations to achieve the most favorable terms
- Maintain comprehensive and current records of all transactions and client communications using Commentary CRM
- Ensure timely submission of all necessary paperwork to the office to support seamless operations
- Proactively follow up on leads to convert them into confirmed appointments
- Participate regularly in webinars and training programs to enhance professional expertise
- Work closely with sellers to obtain listings and create effective marketing strategies
- Provide knowledgeable advice on pricing, staging, and other critical listing preparations
- Plan and host monthly open houses to showcase properties and attract potential buyers
- Dedicate consistent weekly time to prospecting and cultivating new client relationships
- Operate with strong self-motivation and independence while leveraging ongoing company support
Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must hold a valid real estate license and demonstrate a solid history of sales success. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a collaborative mindset and dedication to ongoing growth.
Valid Washington real estate license with at least 2 years of sales experience- Consistent achievement of a minimum of six transactions per year ️ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
