Responsibilities

Assist buyers throughout the entire home buying journey, ensuring all contracts are accurately completed and providing expert guidance on property choices

Represent both buyers and sellers in negotiations to achieve optimal terms
Maintain comprehensive and current records of all transactions and client communications using Commentary CRM
Ensure timely submission of all necessary paperwork to the office to facilitate efficient operations
Proactively follow up on leads to convert prospects into confirmed appointments
Participate regularly in webinars and training programs to enhance professional expertise
Partner with sellers to obtain listings and create effective marketing strategies
Provide knowledgeable advice on pricing, staging, and key preparations for property listings
Plan and host monthly open houses to showcase properties and attract potential buyers
Dedicate consistent weekly hours to prospecting and cultivating new client relationships
• Operate independently with strong motivation while leveraging ongoing company support

Qualifications

Active Washington State real estate license with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience

Demonstrated success in closing at least six transactions annually ️ Strong verbal and written communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with a cooperative and collaborative approach
Exceptional organizational abilities and effective time management
