Cardiology Nurse Practitioner — Full-Time or Part-Time
Base Pay: $100–$130 per hour, depending on experience
Earning Potential: Bonuses may bring total compensation to $150–$180 per hour
Location: Assisted living facilities and private medical offices throughout New York
We are seeking an experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to provide patient care at our network of assisted living facilities and private medical offices. This position involves traveling to different locations each day throughout New York. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
A minimum of 3 years of cardiology experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients for cardiovascular symptoms and conditions.
- Perform consultations, follow-up visits, and ongoing management of cardiac conditions.
- Develop treatment plans and coordinate care with physicians, facility staff, and other healthcare providers.
- Review relevant medical records, medications, and diagnostic results.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
- Travel to assigned facilities and offices each day.
Qualifications
- Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license and board certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of cardiology experience required.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable caring for older adults in assisted living settings.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel regularly throughout New York.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting base pay of $100–$130 per hour, depending on experience.
- Additional bonuses with the potential to bring total hourly earnings to $150–$180. Bonus earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
