Responsibilities
- Perform chimney inspections, cleanings, and maintenance services.
- Diagnose chimney, fireplace, and venting system issues.
- Document findings with photographs and detailed reports.
- Educate homeowners on recommended repairs and maintenance.
- Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle.
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers and office staff.
- Assist with masonry repairs and installations as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and on rooftops.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Prior chimney, construction, roofing, masonry, HVAC, or related trade experience is preferred but not required.
