Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and sales, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must submit to and successfully complete an MVR, background check, physical, and drug screen
