Our goal is to bring the most exquisite stone in the world to fabricators and commercial builders everywhere, pairing the personalized service of a local stonemason with the large-scale capabilities of a global distributor. Our factory-direct facilities on both coasts offer slabs, prefabricated countertops, prefabricated vanity tops, tiles, mosaics, faade panels and cut-to-size items; our west coast facility is home to the countrys largest selection of prefabricated countertops and vanity tops.Position: Customer Service RepresentativeResponsibilities: Handle VIP account orders, delivery orders and E-commerce orders for all or part of these duties Take Sales orders, create S/O, and advise payment. Confirm orders with customers. Send orders to C/R to release and log to Pick up by appointment Log. Communicate w/customer for all order related issues. Check pallets and take phots if needed and report pallet information to customers. Organize / Arrange Pick up by appointment, deliver orders, 3rd party trucking orders with warehouse Coordinate with C/R for pick up by appt, 3rd party trucking orders and delivery orders. Oversee inventory level, make necessary transfer arrangement and record transfer transaction in NAV.Support Warehouse for Inventory management, check stock, back orders, etc. Support C/R if needed.Requirements:Excellent oral and written English language communication skillsProvide high level of customer serviceGood organizational skillsProven ability to handle multiple tasks at once.Demonstrated experience with the use of PCs, along with the ability to navigate in a multi-window-based environment.Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word and ExcelBilingual (Spanish) a plus.Pay Range: $19.50-$22If you're ready to elevate your career within the thriving Stone Industry, submit your resume, along with a cover letter detailing your relevant experience.
