Our factory-direct facilities on both coasts offer slabs, prefabricated countertops, prefabricated vanity tops, tiles, mosaics, façade panels and cut-to-size items; our west coast facility is home to the country’s largest selection of pre-fabricated countertops and vanity tops.
Position: Account Manager (Mandarin Speaking preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently prioritize incoming job quotes and generate accurate estimates based on customer-provided designs within 24 hours, ensuring seamless follow-through and successful completion of the sales process.
- Coordination of daily calendar to ensure timely customer visits, calls, and other communication is met.
- Accountable for cold calling new prospects and dormant customers.
- Responsible for following up with customers to ensure any changes are accounted for, requests are fulfilled, and any challenges are addressed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to occasionally work weekends, if needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to build and maintain relationships are required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in relevant math skills is required.
- Understanding of construction principles and/or background and ability to read blueprints and floor plans is required.
- Understanding of cabinet/cabinetry knowledge is required.
- Excellent decision-making ability problem-solving skills to navigate complex customer needs is required.
- Ability to proactively and effectively acquire new customers.
- Understanding construction principles; ability to read blueprints and floor plans is preferred.
- Bilingual in Engling and Mandarin is preferred.
Working Conditions: Multiple environments including office and warehouse.
